Is time tracking included, or an add-on?

Does SAMM work offline?
Yes. Clock-ins are stored on the device and sync later. When I Work kiosk/terminal workflows generally need connectivity; SAMM is built for sites with weak signal.
Do you have task management?
SAMM includes tasks (assign, due dates, recurring, attachments) in the same app. When I Work does not include a comparable task system.
When should we stay on When I Work?
Stay if you need their API/webhooks, SSO/SAML, or you already depend on their ecosystem and only want a scheduler. Switch if you want time tracking bundled, offline punches, geofence break detection, and a visible admin queue without stacking add-ons.
